Savour is Dafni’s celebration of Crete through food and wine. Set in our courtyard and cellar, Savour hosts intimate wine dinners with guest winemakers, pop-up dining events with visiting chefs, hands-on cooking classes with local yiayias and chefs, and curated tastings of cheese, olive oil and regional wines.
